Have a fantastic day!
STEPH CURRY
Steph Curry Leaves Door Open to Kevin Durant Reunion

In a recent Rolling Stone interview, Stephen Curry said he would have enthusiastically welcomed KD back to the Warriors. The interview took place on August 9th, just a few days after KD reportedly issued Nets ownership his ultimatum.
When asked what he thought about teaming up again, Curry praised his former teammate: “I think KD’s a really good dude. I think he is misunderstood…So all of those things, I understand, having played with him and gotten to know him. I love that dude.”
He later added: “if you said, ‘Oh, KD’s coming back, and we’re gonna play with him,’ I had so much fun playing with him those three years, I’d be like, ‘Hell, yeah!’” But Steph knows trading for him would’ve meant changing the team dramatically, and he believes in this team, saying: “if we run this thing back, I’ve got complete confidence in my team that we can win it again, as constructed.”

Charles Barkley Provides 'Inside Information' Regarding Knicks Failed Donovan Mitchell Trade

Charles Barkley recently shared some insight from the Knicks' top brass regarding their failed Donovan Mitchell trade talks. The sentiment shared by World Wide Wes was that the public negotiations didn't accurately reflect what the Jazz wanted.
Barkley said: "I'm gonna give you inside information. I actually had this conversation last night with World Wide Wes at dinner…I said, Wes, why didn't y'all make the trade? He says, 'Oh man. Don't go by the media stuff. [The Jazz] wanted my wife, my kids.'
Chuck added: "... He says, 'We wanted the deal, obviously,' but he said, 'They wanted my wife, they wanted my kids, they wanted my grandkids. They were just trying to rip somebody off.' So he says, 'Dude, we're gonna have to pass on it.' And I give those guys credit, because you can't give away everything."
Obviously, this point of view is from the Knicks' side of things, but based on the trade package the Jazz accepted, there may be some truth to it.
NBA IN-SEASON TOURNAMENT
NBA's New In-Season Tournament Could Be Sooner Than Expected

The NBA has reportedly put a plan together for the impending in-season tournament, and it could be ready as early as the 2023-24 season.
According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Cup games will be played through November, with eight teams going on to a single-elimination Final in December, while the remaining 22 teams will continue with the regular season. All of these games will count toward the 82-game schedule, but the two Finals teams will end up playing an 83rd.
The talks between the NBA and NBPA are ongoing as the two sides work to finalize the details as well as the potential prizes and rewards for teams who make the final eight spots.
